Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Klingy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you capture in Klingy. You are responsible for the content you store and must ensure it complies with applicable laws. Klingy does not claim ownership over your captures.

Acceptable use

You may not use Klingy for illegal activities, to distribute malware, to harass others, or to store content that violates the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Service availability

Klingy is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the service running, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific uptime levels. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

Klingy owns the platform, brand, code, and design. You own your content. This agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights between us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Klingy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months, or $0 if you are on a free plan.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Klingy after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
