What we collect
- Captures: notes, screenshots, documents, receipts, tasks, conversations, and other content you save in Klingy.
- Account info: email address and password hash used for authentication.
- Usage metadata: timestamps, device type, and basic analytics to improve the product (never content of your captures).
How we use your data
We use your data only to provide the service: AI extraction, organization, search, and syncing across devices. We do not use your captures to train models for other users. We do not sell or rent your data.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for database hosting, authentication, and storage. AI processing is handled via OpenRouter. These services have access only to the data required to perform their function and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. If you need help, contact us at hello@klingy.ai.
Cookies
Klingy uses session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
